Nichole graduated from Naropa University in Boulder, CO with a masters degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling Psychology. Nichole has extensive experience working in the realm of eating disorders starting all the way back in her internship until present day. Nichole also specializes in working with late-diagnosed ADHD and/or Autism in adults and started this practice to be able to provide a safe space for these folks to land and explore their brains. 

Nichole blends evidence based practices (think CBT, DBT) with experiential approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt, and Somatic Experiencing. Nichole also utilizes bottom-up approaches from Polyvagal Theory to address the body’s needs for feeling a sense of safety both in the therapy room and in every day life. 

Nichole is also the owner and found of Rabbit Holes Counseling, LLC. When she’s not wearing the many hats of running RHC, she’s likely deep diving down the rabbit hole of her latest hyperfocus or wandering in nature with her family.
