Nichole Baumgartner

MA, LPC, ADHD-CCSP

Nichole graduated from Naropa University in Boulder, CO with a masters degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling Psychology. Nichole has extensive experience working in the realm of eating disorders starting all the way back in her internship until present day. Nichole also specializes in working with late-diagnosed ADHD and/or Autism in adults and started this practice to be able to provide a safe space for these folks to land and explore their brains.

Nichole blends evidence based practices (think CBT, DBT) with experiential approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt, and Somatic Experiencing. Nichole also utilizes bottom-up approaches from Polyvagal Theory to address the body’s needs for feeling a sense of safety both in the therapy room and in every day life.

Nichole is also the owner and found of Rabbit Holes Counseling, LLC. When she’s not wearing the many hats of running RHC, she’s likely deep diving down the rabbit hole of her latest hyperfocus or wandering in nature with her family.

THERAPY

Amarra Bricco

MSE, NCC, LPC, CCTP

Amarra is a licensed professional counselor with a Master’s of Science in Education in Professional Counseling from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Amarra has experience working with a variety of mental health challenges in various treatment settings. She has over 5 years of experience working with eating disorders and a special interest in working with individuals with trauma histories.

Amarra uses an integrative approach pulling from various evidence based and experiential practices to provide a safe and custom fit therapy experience that will most likely include some humor sprinkled in there too. She is also trained in Brainspotting and trauma informed care to help individuals work through painful past hurt and roadblocks in their lives.

Healing, in whatever form, takes courage. Courage is not the absence of fear… it's feeling the fear, the insecurity, the doubt and deciding that something else is more important. And that something else… is YOU.

When not seeing client’s, Amarra is most likely spending time at the barn with horses, cuddling her cats, hanging out with friends/family or (like Nichole) indulging in her newest neurospicey hyperfixation.

Ages: 14 and up

Amarra currently has a waitlist of 3-4 months.

*Many insurance plans do not provide coverage for eating disorders (we know - it’s completely ridiculous). Often people will utilize FSA or HSA accounts, out of network benefits, and/or submit a superbill to insurance for full or partial reimbursement.

We also do have resources for non-profit organizations who help provide funds for eating disorder care, so please contact us if you need support gaining access to care!

Amanda Gledhill

MS, RDN, CD, CEDS

Amanda is a Registered Dietitian who graduated from Northern Illinois University with her Masters of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Amanda also completed a Certificate of Graduate study in Eating Disorders as well as her dietetic internship through NIU which is where her interest in working with eating disorders took off. Amanda has worked across a variety of levels of care in the eating disorder treatment world for the last 7 years and has taken a special interest in working with ARFID across the life span.

Amanda provides trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming, and individualized care to her clients. After discovering the high correlations between ARFID and neurodivergence, Amanda has taken an interest in learning more about these populations so she can implement new, creative, and individualized treatment strategies to support clients in living their best nourished lives. She is currently working toward an Autism specialist certificate to aid in her skillset. Amanda enjoys getting creative with kids and adults in the kitchen, whether it’s just to play with food, cook it, or eat it! Amanda takes a non-diet approach to her nutrition philosophies while honoring client’s goals and being there to provide accountability and support throughout your journey.

Outside of work you can find Amanda moving through the waves of those Neurospicy hyper fixations (Usually craft or DIY related), spending time with her dog, friends, and family preferably outdoors and near a body of water, or relaxing with a book or docuseries.

Ages: 6 and up

Amanda is currently accepting new clients but may have a wait of 1-2 months for Inital intake.
